So here it is. My exploration into the culinary arts. I love cooking (and eating) and photography so a blog of this kind made a lot of sense. Hopefully the food will not only look good but taste decent as well. I don’t know much but I’m a firm believer that you’re never too old to start something new. So here we go! And to start it off…

Pasta Al Pomodoro!

I’ve always wanted to start making pasta sauces from scratch and this dish was easy enough. Picked up some tomatoes from the farmer’s market last Saturday and they were amazingly sweet. C (the wifey) was an awesome assistant and made perfect al-dente pasta. We finished off the pasta in the sauce and the end result was surprisingly tasty. There it is people, no more buying pre-made sauce. Scratch all the way!
